Kids Programs:
- Little Ninja’s: Ages: 4 to 6
- Jr. Hapkido Kids: Ages: 7 – 13

Lessons go beyond physical training as we work toward the development and futures of our students. Students learn positive character education traits, the importance of being kind to others, how to deal with bullies, as well as valuable leadership skills.
Our children’s classes are led by instructors that really care about building the skill levels of each student to their own individual potential. We train children in a way that improves achievement potential in all areas of life. Training in Hapkido naturally improves focus, coordination, and self-control.
Focused on exercises designed to take you to the athlete level, martial art techniques that lead you on the path to black belt, and how to set realistic goals appropriate for your age. Classes are challenging and fun!

Are you bored of your same old workout? Martial arts classes for adults focus on building core strength and cardiovascular fitness in a fun, social setting.
Teen and Adult classes on fitness and realistic self-defense techniques tested through the ages and used in actual combat. The sense of camaraderie you build makes you a part of the Martial arts family right away!
