I didn't open this school to teach kicks and punches.

I started Inner-Power because I saw what happens when kids don't have confidence. I've been training in Hapkido since 1990, teaching since 2001.

Over the years I've worked with hundreds of kids — and I see the same pattern: quiet kids, kids who avoid eye contact, kids who get talked over… or worse, picked on.

Confidence isn't something kids are born with. It's something they build — step by step — through the right environment and training.

Perfect. Most of our students start with zero experience.

Yes. Classes are structured, supervised, and age-appropriate.
How quickly will I see results?+
Most parents notice changes in focus and confidence within the first few weeks.
What age can kids start?+
Kids can start at age 4 in our Little Ninjas class. Ready 3½-year-olds are welcome after a readiness check during the free trial, though most aren't ready yet.
